Focused on chipping varieties
We currently grow 5 potato varieties and they're all
"blue tag" certified.
In order to achieve the Wisconsin Badger State Certification of “blue tag,” each of our facilities and commercial seed lots are inspected and tested each year. The potatoes themselves must pass three inspections; a field inspection, a harvest inspection, and a post-harvest laboratory test. These USDA standard inspections help ensure our crop is healthy and high quality. Weeding out disease, pest infestation, and visible variance from the start is crucial to ensuring a successful seed crop for our customers.

Atlantic
Round/oval white potato.
Mid-season maturity with high yield potential.
The standard for potato chip quality in the U.S. and Canada acceptable for French frying, boiling and baking.
Lamoka
Round white potato.
Mid-late season maturity, excellent storage.
Primarily grown for chipping with excellent chip color out of storage.
Snowden
Round/oval white potato.
Late season maturity with high yield potential.
Primarily grown for chipping with excellent chipping quality from the field and from storage. Also good quality for boiling and baking.
