Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on tractors, combines, sprayers, implements, bulk trucks, and other machinery in a working shop environment or in the field.
- Purchase and manage inventory of parts, tools and other maintenance supplies.
- Maintain clear service records and service schedules for all equipment.
- Other potato farm maintenance and duties as needed.
All tools and equipment to complete tasks are provided.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of mechanical training or experience
- John Deere equipment knowledge or experience
- Welding or fabricating skills preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Associate Degree or Technical Diploma in a related field is preferred

- This is an entry level position, but applicants with experience are highly encouraged to apply. Pay is based on experience and quick growth into a Farm Heavy Equipment Operator or Farm Mechanic position is possible, depending on employee interests and capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with coworkers to perform essential farm duties such as:
- Being a key part of the warehouse crew in getting potatoes in and out of the warehouse during planting, harvest, and shipping seasons.
- Assisting field crew in moving equipment, setting up irrigation, and being an extra set of hands for heavy equipment operators and farm mechanic when needed.
- Performing general farm maintenance such as pressure washing, painting, organizing, and basic repairs.
Forklifts, pressure washers, front end loaders, and tools (both mechanized and hand operated) will be provided to complete tasks.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work overtime during harvest and planting seasons.
- A willingness to learn, lend a helping hand, and complete tasks both big and small.
- Basic knowledge of mechanic and carpentry tools a plus.
- Experience operating light duty tractors, forklifts, trucks, and other farming equipment preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Seeking skilled operators to run equipment such as the following; John Deere track machine, crop sprayer, windrower, excavator, bulldozer, bulk truck and semi tractor.
- Duties for spring include tillage and planting.
- Duties for summer include crop spraying and dirt work.
- Duties for fall include harvest and tillage.
- Duties for winter include shop maintenance and repair work on heavy equipment.
- Other potato farm duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years farm equipment operating experience
- John Deere equipment knowledge and maintenance experience
- Valid drivers license
- CDL a plus but not required
- Common sense

We grow 325 acres of potatoes and 600 acres of rotational crops and now agricultural ditching/drainage services have been added to our business.
